2009/10 Academic Year

Goldsmith Court accommodation starts at £94.00 per week for a shared apartment, £110.00 per week for a Studio, and £179.00 for our 1 bedroom flat.

Your standard Broadband connection of at least 2mb is also included in your rent. Upgrades are available up to a 20mb service at very reasonable cost.

FEES

A Booking Fee of £250.00 to reserve your room. This is converted to your £250.00 Security Deposit when you become a resident at Goldsmith Court

TERM

46 week contract for an en-suite study bedroom in shared apartments
48 week contract for studio flats / one bedroom flat

RENT PAYMENT

You have a choice of paying the full amount on or before you move in to your accommodation, or you can pay using an instalment plan as illustrated in the box opposite.

Please note that if you cannot provide a UK based Guarantor you are required to pay the full amount.

Note - Any payments made by Credit Card will be subject to a 2% additional bank charge.
