Goldsmith Court accommodation starts at just £86 per week for a shared apartment. Studios £102 per week. One bedroom flat £164 per week.

Fees

£100 Booking fee converts to half of your utility bond on moving in
£100 Balance of utility bond (total £200 including booking fee)

Deposit

£250 refundable deposit

Term

46 week contract academic year for shared apartments
48 week contract academic year for studio flats and the one bedroom flat

Rent Payment

Either pay in full on moving in, or by installment plan, see box opposite.

If you are unable to provide a UK based guarantor you will be requested to pay the full year in advance
